2024 resolution

 I want to try something new this year like learn some hobbies, and i want to set academic goals like write down specific goals for eacg subject, including the grades you’d like to achieve. Make some new friend, learn something new. Take a class or watch online videos to learn something new. Reading more, getting more sleep

Italian breakfast (garlic soup)

🍲 Garlic soup 🍲  first of all u have to prepare all of the ingredients, that is : 2 medium potatoes 1 brown onion 1 large leek 2 whole small heads of garlic  7 cups chicken stock ½ tsp dried thyme leaves ½ cup cream ½ cup olive oil 1 cup chopped parsley 6 slices of rustic bread for Croutons last but not least Salt and pepper so after u guys prepared all of the ingredients, now lets make the garlic soup!! Step 1Peel and chop the onions medium finely.  Set aside.  Peel the garlic cloves, set aside. Wash and chop the leek, set aside. Step 2In a heavy pot or saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil.  Add the chopped onion, leek and dried thyme, leave to sweat, do not brown.  Add the garlic and turn heat to low.  Cook gently for about 15 minutes Step 3While that’s cooking, peel and dice the potatoes then add to the pot along with all the chicken stock.  Season with salt and pepper, simmer gently for 25 – 30 minutes. ...

My favorite sport

 Hello everyone, my name is dinah today i wanna tell you about my favorite sport. So my favorite sport is jogging. 🏃🏻‍♀️  Jogging is not very tired not like basketball or football, That’s the reason why i like jogging. 🏃🏻‍♀️ When i jogging in the morning i feel like i’m free to take a breath and clean air, for me jogging is stress relieve too. You can also jogging in different places. And jogging doesn’t have to wear special clothes just wear basic T-shirt and shoes. 👚👟 Jogging is also very easy, you don’t need to practice a lot, and just running slowly.  Usually i do jogging with my sister on sunday morning. 🌅
